I am including this page to share with my visitors about something that has deeply impacted my life.

 

Will this potentially turn some people off?  Will it scare some people and will some of them sneer and click out of my site immediately?  Absolutely.  Will some people simply scoff and abandon the notion of working with Istarimedia?  could I lose some business because of it and will some repeat clients stop being so? Certainly.

 

Is it worth it?  Eternally.

 

I am talking about Jesus Christ.  In this world, there's a lot of image management.  I myself spent a lot of time trying to make myself look good in front of others.  In the end, I crashed horribly.  I was reduced to a pile of smoking carnage in the violent impact of my self-destruction.  But through it all I rediscovered someone who has been there through my entire life, standing by my side, watching over me, loving me...regardless.  Only a parent could truly understand this kind of love.  God loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son into the world to save us from our sins (john 3:16).  It is by grace that we are saved, through faith, and this is not of ourselves; it is the gift of God...not by works, so that no one can boast (Ephesians 2:8-9).  God loves us so much.  He sent His Son into the world to die for our sins, to bear the penalty for our perversions, our pride, our lusts, our mistakes, our jealousy, our greed, our envy, our anger, our resentment, our victimization, our violence, our ignorance, our murders, our rapes, our thefts, our battery.  He was Himself battered and abused for our sakes (Isaiah 53) and willingly bore it all because He loves us.  Am I a perfect example of a Christian?  No.  Christians are humans too, and all humanity is capable of mistakes: of horrors and depravity.  I just know that someone did for me what I could not do for myself: save me.

 

I do not use my business as a preaching ground.  My business is conducted to help others achieve their dreams and to look great, with a new image they can be proud of.  But along with that, it is my hope that at least one visitor to this page comes to know the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and the price He paid to gain us admission into heaven.

 

May God richly bless you today, and may you come to know Him firstly, or again.  You will never truly know how much God really truly honestly passionately intensely loves you.  The bottom line, down through history, no matter what the historians say or the nay-sayers pitch...remember that God and Jesus love you intensely, and they want you in heaven with them.
